Executive Coaching
In the busy and competitive world of work, many executives
find it increasingly difficult to balance the demands
of work and home life. We have found that senior managers
gain enormous benefits from working regularly with a
coach.
Our coaches raise their self awareness and help them
get back on track by identifying their core objectives
and by planning to achieve them rather than aiming to
‘tick along’.
We appreciate that the higher up the corporate tree
you climb, the more isolated you can feel. We act as
an independent, confidential sounding–board with
no hidden agenda other than your welfare and success.

Employee Coaching
Our Employee Coaching may be requested directly from
the employee, by line management or by Human Resources.
Employees usually contact us when they feel that they
are not reaching their full potential or feel dissatisfied
in their current role.
Employers contact us when a valued member of staff is
showing signs of a lack of motivation or has themselves
flagged their unhappiness. It is not unusual for us
to be brought in as a result of a poor performance review
or to help someone through their probationary period.
The aim of Employee Coaching is to help the employee
regain their focus to the benefit of themselves and
their employer.

Change Coaching
Employers bring us in when change is occurring within
the company, often during a consultation process or
when restructuring has taken place. Our role is to help
employees choose how to react to such change and to
decide on their next course of action.

We offer Corporate Coaching primarily at the client’s
office or by telephone. Mutually convenient alternative locations
may, however, be agreed as necessary.
The services that we provide are wholly confidential, with the
aim to raise the employees’ expectations and achievements.
